Can make a system where every week-month their can be a raffle system where you go to the bank and say *i wish to purchase a raffle ticket* for maybee 100k each and when you win may get a special house or rare and then at the end of each month theirs another raffle for all the gold people spent on buying the raffle tickets and they win the gold everyone spent.

Not a bad idea. The auction house will also have unique items but a raffle can be part of it.
