Cant get in the server

Ive downloaded the patch till the last update and when im trying to connect , i choose the server and the screen stops on "connecting". 1 minute later it says that I cant connect... etc.

Why?

Always updated when the status changes.

TC1 is actually at the latest patch but i can't deploy that yet as it needs more testing. TC1 is down now though... in middle of moving local infrastructure to my new house and getting it all setup. It will be on and off durring next few weeks.
