There was a few bad html tags which I fixed and it seems to have fixed a few issues such as the donation page buttons not working in some browsers.
I also enhanced the php on the front page to better display post content such as images/smilies.
The HR tag now works properly as well. (Mostly used by staff to separate points in large posts in staff forum)
