cant play on the server

hi, my account have been activated like 2 weeks ago and i cant play yet. i can create the character and connect to the uovalor but when im going to connect in-game it appears a message saying " There is some problem communicating with Origin. Please restart UO and try again."

any1 knows how to solve the problem?

We'll have to check to see if you're getting let though. The admin will take a look later tonight to see if everything's okay.

In the meantime, make sure you are connecting to the right address:
login.uovalor.com Port 1337

and that you are selecting the right shard in the list (TC1 is the test center so don't select that one).

yeh i kno i rechecked everything but i still can't join.

Can you pm me your IP and account name? I'll take a look at it some time after 9:00pm et (when I get home).

If it's a brand new account it could be I added a space by accident after the password or something.
