Stories of Jokes played on UO noobs

I was talking to a friend the other day about the old days of Ultima, back in 99 - 2001. He asked me about the time I went nooby fishing while he was watching me play.

NOOB FISHING

Here is what I did. I had the inside of the wall by the north west archway just north of Brit bank right by the entrance to Brit Castle marked. I would take a check for 1 million gold and recall to the spot. I would then hide myself and place check on the ground. People would be running by and stop, run to the wall... then they would run around to the other side, then back.... I once had about 20 people running around that spot trying to get the check at one time. One guy tried putting a table down into the wall and it flashed through it for a sec then bopped back to his bag. My buddy and I were like "ooooooohhh he is a smart one" They would be running around on top of the archway and all around it frantically trying to get the check. It was awsome! My friend sat behind me laughing his ass off. I put a fishing pole in my hand and took a few screen shots of it but those were lost when my hardrive on that computer crashed.


Good times that was.....

Anyone else got any good stories about things that they used to do? Jokes or just funny stories.

lol one memoriable evil story I did to some noob was on Demise. This guy in gaunt kept dying all the time and kept coming back to me for a rez. This one time by the DF area I saw him dead and his horse had died too, so I animated his horse, rode on it, and rezed him and went off my own way on his reborn horse lol.

I used to wander Fel on GL occasionally as a ghost, find a group of Reds, position myself just on the edge of their screen where they could see a incoming person. Hit tab, let them see a blue name then tab out like I moved away... Let the fun begin, I used to have entire guilds of Reds with my blood on their minds, chasing after my ghost thinking I was the best stealther they never saw.
