Buying resources in umbra

I am not exactly sure if this is a bug but I figured I would post anyway.

I am an idiot with computers so I have no screen shots, but in Umbra i purchased boards and ingots, and went back for more. I noticed that the amount i purchased from these vendors double after my transaction: meaning that I bought like 20 the first time, and when i came back like 3 seconds later the vendor had 40 to sell me.

Is this normal?
Or did i find a bug?

It's normal. Most servers make you wait like 10 minutes, some even like 30 minutes but here it's pretty much instant and it doubles each time.

Which we are very THANKFUL for. As resource gathering via vendors would be a pain.

And them shop owner would go out of business, not keeping supplies.
