boglings, bog things, not sure what else gives seeds. There is also a quest to get a red seed I think.

What monsters give the seeds? I cannot remember...

For standard seeds (Red, blue, yellow or plain)
Boglings give 1 seed
Bog Things give 2 seeds

Monsters in tokuno will randomly drop bonsai seeds

Fragrant Seeds and the new OSI seeds do not drop yet

You can get rare seeds (Magenta, cyan and pink) from doing the herbalist quest. There should be an NPC in britain somewhere, think in the library. If you complete the extra objective (Green thorn needed on sand in the solen hives) to get into the special solen hive, you will receive a fire orange seed.

Onykage has created a nice application to show you the pollination results. You're looking for Bright Orange Pampas Grass, Bright Orange Poppies or
Bright Orange Bulrushes.
