Update [Mar 30 07] - artychance command + new mobs + more

* Added a [artychance command which enables you to toggle the displaying of your chance of getting an artifact when a monster dies.

* Demitel bosses can now drop artifacts to multiple people, instead of just limited to one person. Also, luck is now capped at 1k, so the highest chance you can get is 20% 10% is without luck.

* Gauntlet artifact chance is now based on your luck, not the highest damager, and it is possible for multiple people to get an artifact

* Rotting corpse now has 12500 fame instead of 6000

* Added wights, vampires, and poison IV have been added as new mobs to kill. I have not spawned them yet but I will very soon. (and document them)

*Added a line in the crash handler to restart the server properly when it crashes. That way if I'm gone its not down forever. It *seems* to work based on my test.

10% for demitel is fixed. Can go from 10 to 20 depending on your luck. (1000 luck cap gives you 20%). But now that multiple attackers can get an arty, drops will be much easier to get.
