Added voting and donation stones

I did this a few days ago and forgot to mentioned it.

You will notice two stones in luna. You can double click them to vote or donate.

I also placed some vote stones in other hot spots and may add more. These stones can be reconfigured to go to any url (they default to the vote thread) so we may take advantage of them for other purposes.

Was actually fairly easy to code too.

lol that sucks. We can move it to a more convenient location (Which hopefully does not block anyone else's recall spot).
