Since it looks like factions is the way to go on valor for group warfare, I would like to know what, if any, factions are active?
Also, what are the basics around here in regards to looting and rez killing? I know that GAME guild loots and rez kills when it is done to us or when strategically necessary.

They were active at some point but as far as I know they're dead, but it only takes a few dedicated people to get them going again if they oppose each other by stealing the sigils and such.
