I'm just going to remove that feature (for demolish) and keep it for idocs. The only reason it happens for demolish is to allow time for people to replace their plot if they decide to redo it (so nobody else can take the spot) but I'll have to do that part a different way. This rubble shit is really anoying, I keep fixing it and even though the code never changes it stops working.

Apple puff did own it, I checked. I tested it on TC1 first and sure enough it is fucked. I removed that feature now. It will only happen when a house goes idoc. For demolish I'll have to think of something else.

Fixed this on TC1. It wont use rubble anymore, sick and tired of getting it to work then 1 month later it randomly stops working for no reason.

It uses a special region now that only the owner account can place on.

The rubble will remain for idocs though.
