Are the "town" stealables listed anywhere? Also are they tram, fel, or both?

Should be a list in the AoV Information thread.

And yes, they are in both Tram and Fel.

I'm pretty sure I listed them in the AOV information section a while back. Can probably add that to the content DB a bit later though.

so are they labeld as artifacts or how do we know whats stealable and whats not

They don't have an artifact rarity label no. Can look into adding some kind of label to those items though.
