There needs to be a techincal staff, a charasmatic staff (to help with community problems), and a translator. I'm sure Burno can translate Port. I can translate a bit of German, but very limited.

Yet with a shard of 15 users, 5 people at that, who needs staff?

For now I want to stick with only 2 admins, but if this shard picks up which I really hope, then when theres like 30 or so people I may hire a few GMs.

Yeah the biggest thing is spawning. Give us a few weeks till everything is spawned, and over time more may be added. God did this in a day, and it was a bigger shard, I am not worthy anymore!
