I know a while ago it was set that anatomy and tactics didn't stack as DI bonus's. Is this still how it is? Or if you have them both do they both add to di?

tactics, str and anat are actually calculated then DI is added on to it after. Then theres other bonuses like horrific beast etc then its scalared by damage modifier. This damage is then capped, after then comes the special shot scalars which can make stuff go over the cap.

The 350DI cap is basically for the bonuses like DI property, honor DI bonus, slayers etc... The property itself is capped at 100 though.
