What does luck affect?

I have heard mixed responses about luck and was wondering if I could get a final conclusion on what luck does affect and what it doesn't xD

What luck affects:

Luck affects the overall quality of loot you get when you kill something. It does not mean that you'll always get really good properties, it just increases you chance of getting higher properties on the items that appear in the loot box.

Luck impacts your artifact chance in doom, aoas in fel as well as paragon and UOML arties so your chances of receiving one are higher.

Luck affects your chances of finding masterpiece resources on the corpses of various creatures.

What luck does NOT affect:

Luck does not affect the loot in treasure chests. Treasure chest loot is controlled by the chest's level, not the luck of the person.

Luck does not affect your chances of finding special resources. This is controlled by whether you are an elf or a human instead.

Luck does not affect properties on crafted items. There are many other factors that govern this such as your arms lore bonus, talismans as well as runic tools.
