Actually apple, it's a very good macing wep if you know how to use it. The triple leeches make it quite good for tanking.

If you're a samurai, 2 handed weapons are very valuable. If you're a macer samurai, this is a very good weapon (Especially a necro samurai, that thing will make you quite the tank).

Probably wise. Most people don't understand it's worth from a samurai prospective. Just get enough dex, go into vamp form and just keep casting evasion/curse weapon and your choice of filler spells. Think that crook's got like 15 phys resist on it too which is REALLY nice for a tank.
