Oh it's implement just really rare (About the same as guiding light).

i already told you no yesterday in game. AoAs aren't worth anything close to this item, considering it's the only one of the server that I know of. I have enough AoAs to last me the rest of my time on this server =].

Just to add to d's note of rarity:

The chance of getting one of those right now involves killing a high end supreme with a good 25000 fame and even then, the chances of getting one of those is slim as it's not always 100% you'll get a rare drop and there's also a chance you'll get another one of the 18 rare items like scrolls of knowledge, chunk of myridium, etc.
