Shard Not Listed

Hello,

We tried to get out server listed on UOGateway, but it's not displaying on the list, no matter how I sort. We have a vote link, but it's not displaying in the list still. Any advice would be appreciated.

The shard does not appear to be up, so it will not list if it detects it's been down for a while, or if it's new if it's not up at all initially. is it actually up right now? If yes there may be some connectivity issues, are other players able to login?

I just tricked it into thinking it's up, so it should list for now, but if it's really down it will delist after some time.

Yes. The shard was up, but we didn't know what that IP address was that was constantly pinging, so we firewalled it. After reviewing your post about troubleshooting, we unblocked the IP address.

Ok sounds good, yeah you will notice it hit the server every 5 minutes, which is normal. Glad that solved the issue.
