connection speeds

I was just wondering what kind of speeds people here have
Just checked again and it was the typical numbers for me:
4284 kbps download
366 kbps upload

living in a tiny town with a fast cable connection & mostly empty hub does have some advantages

I have been using http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/
for a long time to measure my speed.

my uncle lives out in the sticks in Oklahoma and is lucky to get 26kbps on his ancient phone line.
