Treasure hunting is actually profitable here!

You can make decent starting cash by treasure hunting on this server. The chests can give very good amounts of gold, talismans, and some rare items like lucky necklaces and hooded shrouds.

Sounds like yet another misleading topic. I believe that you mean the chests in dungeons.

I bet actual treasure hunting is still quite unprofitable. Might Death or Squirrel confirm or deny this?

Dungeon chests are not the same as treasure map chests or leviathan chests. Those will be getting their attention in due time. Makes more sense to perfect one system and port the code to another then to keep going back and making unnecessary modifications the second time around.

Sorry if it came out as a hit against the staff.

You guys rock and update better/faster then ANYONE else. I was just speaking as to people who might think that doing a t-map would be worth it because of how it says that T hunts are great . . . . then they get the sweet lewt and are like "wtfux? I quit." exagerated I know but Im just saying.

So yeah, you guys are doing kickass and I hope that you guys rock Tmaps and fishing as well as you did the dungeons. Whenever is cool, just the fact that you guys are doing it means a lot to us!

Relics will be cartography digs only and will not apply to fishing or dungeon chests. This is to boost the overall use of the cartography skill. Each system will have its own perks however (Dungeon chests VS leviathan chests VS treasure chests kind of deal).

yes thats what i ment, iam saving up my maps.

Anyways i just recently started to pick up dungeon chests and i must say that its good, even a somesort of vet like me can find usefull items from these like: fey slayer talisman, hooded shroud of shadows.

One thing that was on my previous shard was that you was able to get rare deco out of the dungeon chests (which were a lot harder to get to tho) on that shard you was not able to make things like pentagram, treasure hunters found em. And that system was liked alot.

what iam saying is that maybe we should do similar thing, just a sugestion tho.

Anyways nice work with this one.
ps. make fel chests better than trammel ones :?: :)

The dungeon chests will be modified at a later date to include different goodies such as more uncommon masterpiece resources, less reagents and more rares (mostly decor). Also, the initial bulk of items will probably be upped just to make the chests look a lot more full.

The tram/fel thing can probably be done, giving slightly better chances in fel than in tram of getting some goodies.
