Simple diet trick

Post by Red Squirrel »

Even the things that are bad for you still have nutrients that your body needs, they just have less then the good foods. So thats why if you want to eat bad food, its ok, you just need to eat more to get your day's nutrients.

So you can either drink 1 glass of milk, or eat 20 chocolate bars, and you'll have your calcium for the day.

It's simple, no measuring, no restrictions, and you will stay healthy!

Thankfully I have fast metabolism. Which pretty much means I can eat all the fatty foods I want and not get a ounce of fat on my body. :D

But since I hate milk I made a evil master alter plan to getting my calcium. I just eat a lot of cheese.

I have a fast metabolism too. It’s a curse, really: The junk food still damages our bodies, but we don’t see that in the mirror, so we don’t get any motivation to eat better or exercise. Oh, and not to mention that the skinny look isn’t exactly in right now, especially among certain groups, and especially among yourself.

Yeah, I’m venting. (And trying to bulk up, of course.)

Yeah, my age group is.. weird.. but thankfully i'm not skinny. On top of BMXing giving you a lot of muscle, I work out. :)

More would be good, but it took me years to go from 100 to 115 so trying to go another 15 in one year would be a huge achievement.

I go to the gym now though so it tends to make me more hungry so it may help.

Nothing like a big Xtra with super sized fries after a good workout, followed by a can of peanuts.

Hmm, I wonder if there is like a reverse lipo suction. Instead of taking it out you're just putting it in.. okay maybe not because thats a little gross.

If we eat 40 chocolate bars we get double the calcium and are double as healthy, right?
