neural interfacing

Post by robonightmare »

I've been thinking, what if you could create a supercomputer that utilizes an organic bioengineered brain to process and manipulate information. well, now I realize that a human brain is just that! So, if you could redirect your sensory and muscle controls from your brain to a computer, you could enter the computer, and be represented as anything you wanted to, like yourself, or something completely different at will. you could possibly enter a mechanical or bioengineered body, controlled remotely by your own brain! that form could be sabotaged, and you would still survive! you could swim in molten lava, play catch water ballons filled with plutonium, drink the plutonium, and probably be sustained by it due to mechanical or bioengineered adaptations. If you ask me, this technology is worth pursuing, and we aren't as far as we may seem. we can already control prosthetics using our nerves, but what about a prosthetic bioengineered body? that is what I'm talking about.
