I've got a friend who's been on and off periods monthly for the past year and now she's feeling itchy on her legs.. she's also been having " hot flushes".. she's been asking me what to do but i know nothing about that... of course, i just advised her to go to the online pharmacy i usually use and she found at http://www.saynotodrugs.ca/dare/index.aspx activella, something for menopause but now i'm getting a little concerned about her.. is it safe to take something without the doctor's advice?? i dont' know myself as i hate doctors but has anyone used this or something else you could advise?

Hot flushes? Get a professional plumber to do your plumbing. A toilet should be connected to the cold water line, not the hot.
