so i used some skill deeds on my mule to get him to 100 scribe, only to find out that i can't make "switches" and "hollow prisms" in order ro make runed prisms and enchanted switches, and i have no idea how to make a rune switch to recharge a wand, or if it's even been coded yet to allow them to recharge wands. Can I get some info on what we currently have, and when we can maybe look forward to recharging wands?

You need several skills and resources to create those tools, and it has not yet been coded to recharge wands, but will soon.

1 Enchanted Switch (Inscription) : 1 Blank Scroll, 1 Spider's Silk, 1 Black Pearl, 1 Switch
To create 1 Runed Prism (Inscription) : 1 Hollow Prism, 1 Blank Scroll, 1 Spider's Silk, 1 Black Pearl (1 Hollow Prism, (Glassblowing) : 8 Sand)
To create 1 Jeweled Filigree (Tinkering) : 2 Ingots, 1 Star Sapphire, 1 Ruby
That is what the craft listing is. Runed Switches are coded and do work but the way to craft them may not be accurate at this moment (Last I was checking, the requirements currently in play were a bit off). When wands can be recharged with switches, the crafting list will be as noted above ^^.
