Vendor contract pricing

For those of you who have rented vendors either on this shard or another, how much per week/month do you normally charge?

I want to get a brief idea to get an idea of what I should set as the price for the gate library. I want it to be at least double of what players would normally charge.

Im chargin 5k per month at the Vendor House Im starting in North Luna. There are cueently 3 spaces open. But vendors are not stocked yet. Will be stocked by monday. (sorry shameless plug)

I think ekin was charging like 10k for spots at his house outside of luna on the dreaded server.
