I decided I will change the wands around a bit to be more interesting.
- They won't be passive mage weps, instead they will spawn with random mage wep -num based on the chest level.
- They will have sc -1 or sc -0, influenced by chest level. Possibly super rare chance of even fc1, but not yet sure about that, probably not.
- They will be chargeable with talisman prism charging tools (ruined prism I think?)
For the existing ones, they will be randomized when that update is put in.
