Taming/pet related fixes

Doing some random misc fixes pertaining to pet transfers. Things which will be fixed are:

- ability to transfer special pets that can be controlled without taming (such as holy squirrels) as this is currently bugged.

- Not checking control chance on things like getting the transfer target (causes loyalty to go down)

- Pets switching to follow control order after killing something

As well as other misc stuff.

Also did some AI tweaks as there was a couple bugs that made it jam in certain situations.

Most of these fixes are already present on TC1.

It would be an interesting idea. Let them bond if you have GM smithing and mining.

Actually beetles are suppose to bond no matter what, but don't think they do, so I'm looking into that as well. Basically if a pet can be controled, it should be bondable too.

Holy squirrels currently can't be bonded by a non tamer, so looking at that too.

Actually, now that you mention it I somewhat recall my frost beetle being a pia to bond back in the day and missing its bond schedule but think I fixed that one.

I can confirm this. My miner is using a bonded fire beetle for smelting ores. I used the regular bonding method.
