See it would happen more but there is only a very short amount of time superglue can be on a toilet seat before it sets up because its moisture that sets the glue thus the toilet isn't an ideal place but(pun intended) when it works it a feat to be proud of. Plus if you put the paper covers down it isnt an issue.

You dont use superglue on a toilet you use crazy glue it has 1001 uses the toilet use makes 1002

We are more demanding, since we need it both ways, depends on the situation.

a #1: seat up
a #2: seat down

but for woman's washroom, yeah, they could have it built in so it's always down. Less moving parts means less that can break means less repair cost means the company the washroom is for can charge less for the products they sell.
