Making money

How do you get your money? I realize some people on here do not have jobs yet, but if you do, what is your job? If you don't have a job, where does your money come from?

I work at Wal-Mart in the electronic department its not to shabby of a job and very easy when you know a fair bit about electronics and are used to the sale requirements from best buy.

I work in high-tech manufacturing for a large DRAM, NAND flash, and CMOS imaging sensor corporation. For now, that's my entire source of income.

I'm in college, but during summer I work so that money pays tuition, food, and toys(usually expensive computer related ones) for the rest of the year. Last summer I worked as a level 3 IT tech and made about $7,000, this year I got that job back and a $1 raise, so I'm hoping after the next year of college (my last) I'll be able to get that job back as full time, and make double the student salary.

And I have my small business on the side, but I find it's a waste of time since the money made is simply not worth it when I have like 3 customers that want me at the same time. It's very quiet, but they seem to all come at once. Then there's Iceteks, I make a bit over 100 bucks US per month, so that's like free cash coming in and about 20 of it pays hosting so rest is profit.

i work construction.
my boss is currently building a new house for himself, as well as doing some construction projects elsewhere. working for this company i have worked in colorado, california (twice), oregon, and all over washington. its nice because the company pays for the traveling expenses
overall its a pretty fun job

I currently make money by telling everyone I’m graduating from high school. I’ve applied for jobs, but no luck yet. (I’ll go insane if my gap year only consists of sitting at home.)

I work target as a backroom logistics storage/electronis shelf stocker. AKA stock boy and when i get done stocking the shelfs i get the honor to rebackstock all the over push of product.. can't complain for 9.00 dollars an hour tho.

Sorry for bumping up an old thread, but i work at Wal-Mart now! I’m a cart pusher—you know, those people who gather the carts in the parking lot. I absolutely hated it at first, but now i'm okay. The worst part is the hot weather, but that should be over in a month or so.

Hey enjoy the hot weather. Here, the people who do that job have to do it in the rain... man thats got to suck. I rather work on troubleshooting a network driver issue on a NT4 server.

Right now im on SSI. (Social Security Income), I get my money from the government. And the government actually gets the money to pay me from tax dollars. So... no hard feelings?

I can’t believe I forgot to post something about this, but I quit Wal-Mart exactly a week ago. I’m moving for college soon, so I figured this would be a good time to quit and spend time with my family, plan my move, pack, have fun, etc.
