Does anyone know who tenacious D is?!

Okay. I was giving descriptions of a t-shirt idea for our drama team and I said we should base it off the song "wonderboy" by tenacious D since our teachers name is Mr. Wunder and everybody looked at me like I was from another planet because I said "Tenacious D" . it was nuts because tenacious D is the best band ever

Yeah I've heard of them and have their album. Some pretty good songs on it.

I had heard of Tenacious D before. It must have been in an article about Jack Black when one of his movies came out. I think it was School of Rock.

As far as the whole is Tenacious D really super famous..no not really. All there songs are pretty good. They are comical...Jack Black still does those weird sounds in them..my favorite is Tribute, that song is awsome!

awesome! I know this thread is kinda pointless, but have you ever had something happen to you when you say something and everybody looks at you like your naked or some kind of freak from another planet? creeps me out.

I found the interactions between Jack Black and the students to be really funny, but the music sequences weren't really my cup of tea. I'm listening to tenacious D as we speak. hehe. I like the movie school of rock its cool. I like how Jack Black always throws in those sound effects when they aren't needed...like he randomly just says stuff. That's what makes him so funny.
