When Will The Christmas Event Happen ?

It's happening now. 
The final boss will probably be sometimes after the new year. I'd set it off on Christmas, but like myself, I'm sure most will be with their families and such. Easy for me to set it and leave, but its a different thing to kill it.
So think I'll have the final boss spawn like a few days after new years.
Just remember, stock up on coal ore, explosion pots, and land mines... and having a spellweaver that can spam wildfire may help too.

I'm sure lot of people will be with their families then too. I know we usually stay up till midnight and have the kids open their stockings and such.
But I'll keep it within Christmas break. I'm off next week too as I took the time off, so lot of stuff will get done. Maybe even the CTF system. O_o (not making promises though, other stuff may take priority)

I would definitely do the final boss between the 26th and the 30th. That's the most likely time people will be able to log on. I know I'll be with family and/or friends the next couple nights, then heading out of town to celebrate the New Year.
So I'm 99% sure I'll miss the final boss, but I truly think that the best time to get people is between Christmas and New Years. After that, we're all back to work. Unless your in school, in which case you have a few extra days.
