Druids walks Sosaria! Or maybe they do not..

I wanted to ask you all if we should have somewhat of a druid system? Based on the World of Warcraft druids and spells. To use the druid spells we should use some not popular skills to use them, like Herding, animal lore and healing. Then we just make diffrent sets for all classes also, Warrior, mage, tamer, druid. The druid system will be very well tought off before made IF you all agree that its a good idea..

Bruno said he has codes for Druid Spells, and a Druid Spellbook somewhere. :>

If you give someone a program, you will frustrate them for a day; if you teach them how to program, you will frustrate them for a lifetime.

Would be cool but I'd like to see spellweaving first, though that won't be easy to code in considering it's a big system and the lack of info on the spells. I need to hire a C# coder here. :P

Keep in mind the spells should use the existing spell system, or it will break other scripts such as evasion and spell damage increase, etc. I've been working on some custom spells myself and it's harder then you would imagine to make them use the spell system, but if we want it done right, that's how it should be.

yeah would need to use existing ones, as custom ones would require client patches,which I don't want to get into. It's hard enough to get people on, last thing I want is to tell them they need to patch their client with non OSI patches.

Im going to do this without fucking anything up, it just might take some time :P I think im going to do herding as the skill to be a druid, im going to remake the herding name to Druidicism or something :P (dunno yet) so herding is no longer in the game, its not Druidicism or whatever :P

Not to be rude, bro. But those gumps you made, BS can't put into the game. o_O;

That's altering the client. And I think he said something along the lines of "RAAWWRRRR squirrel nuts nuts nuts I don't want people THICK JUICY BLACK WIRE changing their clients OH MY GOD DID YOU SAY NUT?! WHERE?!"

Eww, please, please, please, don't put a "class" system in. If you want to have classes, go find an emulated WoW server. It makes me shutter when I see servers like that on UOGateway.
