So he's loose eh? Now if he would of been downloading an MP3 file, the trial would of been over within the hour and he'd be in jail for life.

Probably the "my lawyer is better then your lawyer" type deal. See, court decisions arn't made on who's guilty and who's not, they're made on how well each lawyer can defend their point. Really stupid if you ask me. Jacko, being ritch and all probably had a super good lawyer.

Well the only positive that I can see from this is that maybe most of the pedophiles in my area will leave for California since the west coast seems to be sympathetic to their cause..
