Firefox! It's faster than IE and Netscape, and well. . .it's Firefox!

Firefox. I'm only a recent convert mind (well a couple of months). But its all round better, especially the tabbed browsing.

But really, once I have my trusty google toolbar I'm sorted.

Firefox!

Why? Well here's one of the many reasons, today at work I was bored so I was looking threw google news and there was this firefox exploit which was a few days old. I updated firefox less then a month ago here, but the one I had there I downloaded like yesterday. I do the test to see if I'm vulnerble, I tried it here and I'm vulnerble. Just comes to show how fast they fix these things. So I will update now. :D

I would have to cast a vote for Firefox as well. :) In case you are looking for alternatives, I would also recommend Opera. (Is that a Power Ranger on Opera’s front page?)

not even close eh?

Firefox for me as well. It has a nice mix to security, ease of use, features, and standards compliance. Nothing against those who use Opera, but I see no reason to pay for something when I'm perfectly happy with a free alternative. Netscape Communicator is a joke at this point, and mozilla is a little bulky for my tastes, don't use half the other crap in the suite. IE... yeah I won't get into that. W3C is something I haven't tried.

Opera by far. To name just one prominent reason: the mouse gestures in Firefox hae sucked in Firefox everytime I have tried them even with customisation, and they are perfect 'as-is' in Opera

Opera has a better interface as well and a better feel overall

I Usually use Konqueror on Linux but my browsing is typically limited on that OS these days.

Yeah opera is nice but I still prefer firefox, not only because it's free but I find it has a cleaner feel to it, and more browsing space. Opera does have a few nice features Firefox does not have though, but I'm sure there's extensions for them.

I downloaded opera today but I didn't install it yet. I think I had it a year ago or something and just got rid of it.
