They got me a 14 day banstick because I brought up the fact that their join us link is broken and whatnot LOL

You have been banned for the following reason:
14 Days to fuck off. You're attitude is horrible and wont be tollerated.

Question: If their fourms are for children and whatnot, shouldn't they not use profanity in their banning reasons?

yeah they did lot of stuff thats bad. Their tots excuse was lame too, OSI removed tots sure, but they introduced new stuff at the same time. Demise failed at that part, and they are still failing at that part, after how many years lol.

Their spellweaving is a joke too, they copy and pasted code from a RunUO member and instead of fixing it up like I did (I used same code) they just disabled the non working spells, and they left in all the bugs. But they deny this.

I wonder what made them stop coding RUO. That's the way it seems anyway. They used to put out updates every half month to month. Then demise came out and then it was like every 6 months to a year...and I haven't seen any in the past year or so.

Yeah think they got bored, or theres something they know, that nobody else knows, about the future of free shards, so they just stopped the project. They have been doing updates though, but no major ones.

Because they have a huge playerbase and don't give a crap. Because whether they put in work or not, the playerbase will still be huge and the donations will still keep coming in. At least that's what they think...

He's probably right though, I even remember asayre banning someone just because he was in a bad mood and he's all "not like I care he's one of 1000" or something to that extent.

Oooops! I just posted in that thread asking Ryan that I'm confused by his decision to ban you merely for pointing out a problem. I wonder if he'll also give me the banstick. That shard has a large player base, but it seems their admins' mentality is becoming narrower and narrower each day.

Lol think demise sees us as a big threat. They're suddently deciding to look into adding ML, and actually informing players of known issues. They even have a forum similar to our progress list.

I'm not too worried. They don't know what is coming though.

It took us almost a year to get to where we're at, so doubt they can come close to that.

Yeah I find it amusing they are starting to use our ways now - actually asking players what they want, updating on progress, etc.

Omg yeah, but it blows balls. I might just post it in a little. I scored some style points as I showed in the text where Kant actually states point blank the complete opposite of what the other 300 or so pages are about lol. My prof. was kinda at a loss for words.

Philosophy: Early Modern.

We basically focused on Descartes, Hume, and Kant.
