Arty replacement

Ok, this is one that's been on my mind for a while now. When you kill the crystal daemon, you have your typical chances for a Demitel artifact. Yet sprinkled in there is the chance to get "Cold Blood". A weak artifact considering how tough it is to take down a Demitel. (At least for me, I know some can solo them easily).

Anyways, I was thinking of a new arty drop to replace the Cold Blood drop. Perhaps a stronger version of Cold Blood, known as "Frigid Blood". It would have the same base mods as Cold Blood (SSI 40%, HPI, MI, SI +6) but it would also have some more mods. Perhaps add some damage increase, or 2-3 more stat increases. I was thinking stats like this:

Frigid Blood
Hit Point Increase 8
Mana Increase 7
Stamina Increase 9
Swing Speed Increase 40%
Damage Increase 30%
*And maybe one more.

It would have the hue of glacial staves.

Just a thought. I just thought that getting an Ilshenar minor arty for killing a Demitel seemed a little anti-climactic.

Let me know what you guys think. And say what you think Frigid Blood's mods should be if you don't agree. Thanks.

For clarification, I'm not saying that we should replace Cold Blood. Only that we should remove Cold Blood from the Crystal Daemon drop list and add Frigid Blood to it.

Every time I've gotten an arty off that boss it was a cold blood. Really I should just remove it completely. Was not my idea having it drop that.

I love the name of the artifact. Perhaps we can make that a minor reward recipe for blacksmithing instead of demitel. Crystal daemon already drops some really nice goods and it's not the easiest thing to take down. I've been meaning to add minor recipes to the blacksmith/tailoring quests to give them a better haul anyways.

Getting the Brace of Health from Blood Beast wouldn't be as much of a let-down I think. Only because it's got a good turn-in value at the roulette. But yeah, same principle.

Actually brace of health does not drop off it anymore and I just checked crystal and the cold blood does not drop either. I was planing to remove them and guess I already did. Those have their own drop system.
