Massive earthquake in Asia
They're at about 150,000 right now and they pretty much quit trying to find survivors since by this time there's probably none left, but not allot survived in first place. To be honsest I would not want to survive that anyway...

Really? You'd rather be a water-logged corpse on the beach or floating in the water getting munched on by sea creatures?Red Squirrel wrote: They're at about 150,000 right now and they pretty much quit trying to find survivors since by this time there's probably none left, but not allot survived in first place. Yeah, rather that then half my body not working. I'm sure those few who survived have broken limbs and will have problems for the rest of their lives.

Personally, I think I'd rather have problems, and be alive, than have no problems and be dead.Stasi wrote:Okay, Mr. Bean. To me, the biggest possible problem I can think of, is dying.

Well I guess I have assurance of my afterlife so dying does not really scare me...much.

Huh, you have the assurance of an afterlife while I have a greater appreciation for life.Red Squirrel wrote: Well I guess I have assurance of my afterlife so dying does not really scare me...much.
Things seem to even out, eh?

What difference does an afterlife make? If you go to Heaven, then that's just wonderful. But if you die and are nothing more than worm food (or some mortician's plaything) then it won't make any difference to you whether there's an afterlife or not because you won't have a conciousness to give a damn with.
