pvp anywhere deeds

This has been brought up already, thought I'd make an official thread.

I'm planing to possibly implement a pvp deed system. This will be a deed you buy off the specialty dealer for say, 1mil. When you use it, it allows you to pvp on any facet. You can only attack people who used the deed, and only people who used the deed can attack you.

Also, by using this deed, nobody will be able to heal you, unless they've used it. Otherwise people would get non pvp crosshealers.

There would also be a way to reverse it, but I did not work out how that will work yet, I want to ensure it can't be abusable.

Just wondering what everyone thinks of this system. It would make it like a pvp everywhere shard, but those who are not into pvp don't have to worry, so its kinda win win for everyone.

We were thinking of also making a few "hotspots" for people who used these deeds that they would be able to access for fights (Special Duel pits maybe?). Might even add a system where you can "track" opponents across the facets for battles.
