"UO Symbol on a small base. Double-clicking this item increase your luck for 1 hour. Can only be used once in 24 hours by each character. The luck bonus is 200 plus 50 for each completed year of the account's age. So for example a newbie gets a 200 luck bonus and an eight-year veteran gets 600. You don't have to take the item with you."

Yeah its in, just never got around to coding the luck thing. It's more involved then it looks because of all the different places luck is checked against.
