Are you sure you're on the new server? Most of us ping 100-200, some even like 40ish.

I ping from like 100 to 300 it varies a lot. But I'm also like 20 hops away from the server so lot of room for fluctuations.

Has anyone had any lag spikes when their ping is very low? Yesterday we were doing coon and I was lagging super badly but yet I had like 100 ping. I also had the same lag outside of a champ spawn area, seems on and off. I'm just hoping it's at my end and not the server's.

i still lag so bad i cant play on the server. And im pretty sure im on the new one. Considering i took the IP off the forums.

Yeah seems to be on and off :/ I really don't know what to do anymore. If I had the time I'd rewrite RunUO in C++ and make it database driven which would improve things. The lag is not at the network level since this was a total network upgrade. My dsl was maybe like 1mbps up (if that) and this is 10mbps up.
