waht is it? i never seen one before, and apparently its not tameable. i tried to kill it and it sapwned wirlwinds..........

It's part of the halloween event (They're in the story). Hel Dragons are not from the lands of sosaria and are so violent and evil that not even the most skilled tamer couldn't calm one. They crave blood and death and will only answer to their mistress. They're a little on the insane side at the moment but they'll be reduced quite a bit for server wars to give people a chance at killing them (They got some hefty loot packs).
